Chris is real, warm and generous, you guys. OMG OMG OMG...OMG YOU GUYS...WHAT IS MY LIFE...

:((((((((((((((((((((((((((
Now my heart won't stop beating like crazy and I can't even jump up and down like a crazy bitch.
Alec, stop talking so I can see if Jane wins. Alec...stop talking...why are you still talking...what's a teamster...you know what, I don't care. Chris' speech would have been better. He would have, like, fainted and then babbled awesomely.
Come on Jane. You are a tank! SANTANA IS IN THIS CLIP! JAAAANNNNEEEEE! Or Betty White. She is the greatest woman of our time. And...the winner is...
BETTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
YOU ARE ADORABLE DARLING! YOU SPARKLE LIKE THE FREE BITCH YOU ARE!
AT 89 YOU ARE STILL FIERCE! YOU TOUCH THAT AWARD, BB!
:))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))
Is this ensemble cast? If Glee wins we'll be able to see Chris again.
No it's about the King's Speech. nvm. Colin Firth, if you win I will cry. I really need to see this movie.
Now ensemble cast? LL Cool J, really? YEAH, ENSEMBLE CAST! GLEE! I love this clip. The teacher throwing the shoe is my favourite. Ew, Hot in Cleveland is only good for Betty, js. I should watch Modern Family. It looks good. Steve Carrell, you're amazing.
And the winner is..............................................
Oh. Okay. I guess I'll do the meme now. This was kind of a buzz kill...Chris deserves every award ever, not sorry to say.
MEME TIME!

Death Note 2 *cries*
Dec. 4th, 2008 01:01 pmHey guys. So, last night was DN2 and I went with a bunch of peeps. Here's the low down. So, first we hung out and ate before lining up (the line wasn't that long, actually) and the proceeding into the theater. It was actually the same theater as last time which is cool. When the movie started, it was like magical. Everyone started cheering and it was awesome. The best thing about the movie is that we have the "YOU'RE NOT MELLO!" guy in our theater so that was great. The movie itself was very good. It followed the manga pretty thouroughly for the most part. The biggest differences were replacing Higuchi with Takada, a lack of handcuffs (that sucked lol =P) and the epic ending. Now I didn't know how this would end. So, the ending came as quite a shock to me. If you haven't seen it, I won't spoil it for you, but let's just say this. I cried. Hard. For 20 minutes. Oh, and that includes both inside and outside the theater. Yeah. *sigh* So, I know this entry is kind of shorter than the last one, but I really have nothing else to say about last night. It was good, but it filled me with angst which caused me to lose sleep so now I'm depressed and tired. Not a good mix. I'm going to go take a quick nap now.

OMG...DEATH NOTE!!
Sep. 16th, 2008 03:17 pmThe world is amazing right now. I'm exhausted, but I really don't care. Last night was probably one of the best nights of my life. Last night was...the Death Note movie!
Here's a run through of all the awesome. First, we get there, and they have a poster for the movie, so of course, I glomped it. I then got pictures of my L and I next to the poster. After some video game-ness and buying food and such, we went to go stand in line. Just FYI, this was about an hour before the movie. We were pretty far up in line. This girl behind us had on a shirt with L and Light handcuffed on it so, of course, I had to tell her how much I wanted to squee over it. The friend she was with then proceeded to talk with us and became our new North Dakota friend (yes, they were from North Dakota). We spoke until the doors opened and we all ran in. Nothing much went down for the next half hour, then the movie started. Now, remember, this is a room filled with Death Note fans there for and awsomanystical (my own word..:P) movie of epic proportions. So, obviously, there was an uproar when the movie started. The played a few previews and right before the movie started, they showed a preview for the Death Note anime. Needless to say, an uproar commensed. Since the commercial was mostly Light/Kira, everyone in the theatre was yelling "Light!" and "Kira!". There was also one guy in the back who yelled, "Woo! Apples!" when an apple came on the screen. After the uproar died down, the movie began. There weren't any more uproars for awhile. Everyone was too in awe of the awsomeness. The next time any sort of applause occured was after Light's awesome bus plane took place. There was major applause. It was epic. Afterward, it got silent once again. I was fine with that, until L came. Now, I was all excited to scream for L with a whole bunch of fellow fans, but, when L came on screen for the first time, there was silence for a minute. I looked around and realized no one was going to start the applause. So I did. I yelled, "L!!" and started clapping, and slowly, everyone joined me. The best part of this uproar was this guy at the end (the guy who previously yelled apples) who yelled, "I'D GO GAY FOR YOU!". I loved it. There weren't any other uproars during the movie ( except for the applause at the end), but there's one more moment I have to mention. At one point, L is eating a chocolate bar, and he was absolutely devouring the thing. It reminded me of Mello, and I suppose it reminded the "Apples" guy too because he yelled "You're not Mello!" and it made me happy. Now, the movie itself was fantastic. It wasn't word-for-word Death Note but that was ok. It was done in such a way that new fans would understand what the series was going for, while keeping the diehard fans on their toes. In fact, there aren't many things I disliked about the movie, and I'm kind of a purist so that's saying something. Anyway, after the movie, I wanted to buy the movie, but the counter was closed. So, I was moping around the counter, looking over it like a creeper, when some guy came up and asked if he could help me. I said I wanted to buy the movie, and he, being my hero, called for someone to bring up a few copies. I bought mine. Then I went home.
All in all, it was a FANTASTIC day and I can't wait until the second one comes up here. Now, I'm going to sleep and dream of Death Note :P
An extatic fan,
